  1. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove that the products are damaged, please upload the video.<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received, including name, date, and content. In other words, a customer has sent the complaint (Through PayPal Dispute or other Gateway, e-mail, etc.).<\/strong><\/li>
  3. The products need to be returned to YAWMII if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    Except\u00a0for the important interpretation, <\/strong> \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:<\/p>

    1. Orders Delayed.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      Orders are\u00a0lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, or expired 60 days<\/strong> after orders departed from the \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> warehouse. The following countries and shipping methods may be different:<\/p>

      1. For orders shipped to the USA, it will be counted\u00a045 days after<\/strong> the orders depart from the \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> warehouse.<\/li>
      2. For Brazil, it is after\u00a0110 days<\/strong>, counting from the date that the order departed from the \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a <\/strong>warehouse due to the strict customs clearance in Brazil.<\/li>
      3. For \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> Packet Liquid Line to all counties, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> will deal with your dispute for delayed orders after 100 days<\/strong>, counting from the date that the order departed from the \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> warehouse.<\/li>
      4. For some special shipping methods, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> cannot deal with your disputes. (See the following important interpretation)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        Notes:<\/strong><\/p>

        Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and was held pending because of an insufficient address, the package was unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery.<\/p>

        Due to such conditions as national realities, phone numbers, and religious beliefs in Israel, packages will normally be delivered to self-pick-up cabinets, which may lead to packages being long overdue. Therefore, it will be much more convenient for clients to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery.<\/p>

        Sometimes, local tracking numbers may show a sign for delivery, but the end customer claims that the package has not been received. In such cases, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> will spare no effort to verify the real situation, which could be a long process (1-2 months), but there is no guarantee of a positive result.<\/p>

        1. Orders not Received.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order has been delivered.<\/p>

          1. If the clients do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.<\/li>
          2. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert; the reasons are listed below:<\/li>
          3. a)\u00a0Incorrect\/insufficient address.<\/li>
          4. b)\u00a0No such number.<\/li>
          5. c)\u00a0Unknown recipient.<\/li>
          6. d)\u00a0Refused.<\/li>
          7. e)\u00a0Do not pick up on time.<\/li>
          8. f)\u00a0No safe delivery location.<\/li>
          9. g)\u00a0Uncleared customs.<\/li>
          10. h)\u00a0Others.<\/li><\/ol>

            Notes:<\/strong><\/p>

            1. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage for 3-7 days. Meanwhile, the clients need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> takes no responsibility if products have been lost.<\/li>
            2. If the logistics company provides return service to China, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> will put the products in your private inventory and will not refund them when we receive the returned items.<\/li>
            3. YAWMII cannot offer a refund or resend if you don\u2019t process the undelivered orders or packages destroyed by logistics companies.<\/li><\/ol>
              1. Products Damaged.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> offers a full refund or a replacement if the packages that arrived are badly damaged.<\/p>

                \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except for thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches<\/strong>, etc.).<\/p>

                Notes:<\/strong><\/p>

                1. For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.<\/li>
                2. For\u00a0damaged packing boxes<\/strong>, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> cannot offer<\/b>\u00a0any refunds or other after-sales services due to the long-distance international delivery.<\/li>
                3. For ordinary electronic products,\u00a0the clients shall<\/strong>\u00a0complain or open a dispute with you\u00a0within 30 days<\/strong>\u00a0after the packages are delivered.<\/li><\/ol>

                  1. Incorrect or Missing Products.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                    \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. YAWMII will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:<\/p>

                    1. For\u00a0incorrect products<\/strong>, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> offers a full refund or replacement.<\/li>
                    2. For\u00a0products with the wrong colour or size<\/strong>, which don’t affect product function, etc., \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of the client’s complaint, including name, content, and date.<\/li>
                    3. For parts missing which doesn\u2019t affect product function, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing that affect product function, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> will resend the product only.<\/li>
                    4. For accessories, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> will resend the accessories.<\/li><\/ol>

                      Notes:<\/strong><\/p>

                      For the size problem, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us with a photo of the measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.<\/p>

                      1. Orders Cancellation.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                        For order cancellations, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> offers a full refund before products are processed by the warehouses.<\/p>

                        1. After payment, POD orders cannot be cancelled as it is customized.<\/li>
                        2. After payment, pre-order inventory orders cannot be cancelled as it is special products and only available for you.<\/li>
                        3. After payment, video and photo orders cannot be cancelled as \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> has planned and prepared for you after payment.<\/li><\/ol>

                          Important Interpretation<\/strong><\/p>

                          1. Deadline of Opening Dispute.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                            You cannot open a dispute if the order\u00a0status is closed<\/strong>. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.<\/p>

                            1. Force Majeure.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                              \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by acts of god, including but not limited to: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> will notify you by \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> Chat, Email, Line, WhatsApp, etc.<\/p>

                              1. Shipping Method Limits.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                Some shipping methods are\u00a0not trackable<\/strong>\u00a0when orders arrive in some Countries, States, or Cities. \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> lists those shipping methods in advance and\u00a0will not accept any disputes<\/strong>\u00a0when you choose those shipping methods to some countries, including:<\/p>

                                  Due to limited international transportation, YAWMII\u00a0will not accept any disputes<\/strong>\u00a0when your orders are shipped to the following countries:<\/p>

But we do not suggest returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at the \u0634\u0628\u0643\u0629 \u064a\u0648\u0645\u064a<\/strong> Warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way.<\/p>
