At YAWMII, we’re dedicated to getting your remote work essentials to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process.
- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after the order is placed(Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) for some products, or up to 20 days in some cases, depending on the size of the product and the location of the warehouse. Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to our shipping partner.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. We offer both flat-rate and expedited options.
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery within Italy.
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €20. This threshold may change during promotional periods.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or public holidays.
- Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered by a carrier such as Poste Italiane, DHL, or GLS.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
- Order Changes & Cancellations
We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been processed for shipment. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate the change before the order is shipped.
